Welcome to First Presbyterian Church of Norway (FPCN). We exist to glorify God that Norwegians and internationals might enjoy him forever. FPCN is an international and evangelical church plant in Stavanger, Norway. Our congregation is a mission church of the Presbyterian Church in America (PCA), and we are looking for Christian brothers and sisters to help us plant Christ's church and bear witness to the gospel in Stavanger and beyond.
Our multinational community testifies to Christ's global kingdom mission as he redeems people from every tribe, tongue, and nation. We are privileged to stand alongside other evangelical churches in our community as a beacon of light in a world of darkness. Above all, we preach the Word of God and believe with our Lord Jesus Christ that "Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that comes from the mouth of God" (Matthew 5:4).

Join Us for Worship
We gather for worship every Lord's Day (Sunday). The church is located at Skogstøstraen 37, Bygg 6, 4029 Stavanger. Free parking is available in the lot surrounding the building. Public transportation is nearby.

Meet Our Pastor
Rev. Gideon Rossouw
Gideon holds a Master of Divinity from Stellenbosch University in South Africa and is pursuing his PhD at Puritan Reformed Theological Seminary. His ministry experience includes student ministry and short-term missions to East Asia and Africa, shaping his heart for discipleship and cross-cultural ministry. When he's not preaching or studying, you'll find him at the CrossFit gym or reading Reformed theology. Rev. Rossouw is a Teaching Elder in the Presbyterian Church in America (PCA).
